On March 19 - 23, 2010, Mintz Levin will serve as a sponsor for the 2010 National Conference on Trusteeship for the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges. This four-day conference, designed for board members and institutional leaders, will highlight topics such as the financial squeeze placed on students and families, the continuing viability of higher education’s business model, tensions among participants in shared governance, challenges for system governance, the implications of presidential retirements for the board’s work, enrollment trials and tribulations, and legal issues for boards.
