John Koss, Managing Director of Mintz’s E-Data Consulting Group, is described in the global rankings as “ably advising healthcare and biotech companies on e-discovery matters.” His clients state, “He has deep subject matter expertise but he is also one of those rare e-discovery people that understand the tech and can translate it to lawyers in an understandable way. He can speak with technologists and non-technologists; that is very helpful…he understands the practical ramifications of e-discovery and can distill complex tech into actionable strategy…and [they] have a tremendous amount of respect and admiration for John and his team; he can work out the issue to address and who the best person on the team is to solve it."

Michael Renaud, Chair of Mintz’s Intellectual Property Division, was listed for “primarily representing patent owners as complainants before the ITC” and “working with a range of clients, including semiconductor and electronics companies.” His clients offer glowing reviews: "Mike is very highly qualified and very knowledgeable on the issues” and “He is very easy to deal with."
