Brandon’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, sale-leasebacks, leasing and developments of data center, industrial, office, technology, and multifamily projects. His experience also includes the structuring of joint ventures and transfers of equity interests. 

Before joining Mintz Levin, Brandon practiced as a real estate associate in other law firms in California. While in law school, he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Washington Law Review. In his free time, Brandon enjoys endurance and mountain sports and reading about Russian history.

Acquisitions, Dispositions and Financings

  • Represented a private real estate investment firm in a joint venture in a $487 million acquisition of fee and membership interests, and related financings, of a portfolio of data centers in California, Texas and Virginia.
  • Represented a private real estate investment firm in an up to $1 billion unsecured credit facility, including a $440 million revolving credit facility.
  • Represented a private real estate investment firm in its $171 million acquisition and financing of developed airspace parcels in Minneapolis.
  • Represented a private real estate investment firm in its $85 million acquisition of an office building in downtown Nashville and related $65 million loan assumption. 
  • Represented a private real estate investment firm in a $50 million revolving capital call credit facility.
