This interactive program will explore practical solutions to the challenges the U.S. Supreme Court’s affirmative action decisions have created for the DEI landscape as well as the attack on ESG initiatives that followed those decisions. The program will engage participants through an interactive discussion and online polling that crowdsources ideas and educates employers on how to further DEI in a legally compliant, practical and productive manner.
