The Recorder published an article written by Member and Co-Lead of the firm's California Land-Use Group Jon Welner which analyzes the opportunity that the California housing crisis has created for housing developers. Jon writes, "For the next six to 12 months, developers can apply to develop housing projects in hundreds of cities across the state that have failed to comply with the state housing law, and those cities are legally required to approve them."
