Susan Cohen, founder and Chair of Mintz’s Immigration Practice, was quoted in a Bloomberg Law article on the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on President Trump’s travel ban. The article notes that the ban seems to largely allow workers with a “credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States,” to remain in the U.S. Susan comments that for the most part, a great deal of the ban is still on hold.
