Narrow ‘Bad Spaniels’ Ruling Leaves Wiggle Room For Lower Courts
Member Michael Graif spoke to Bloomberg Law about the unanswered questions following the Supreme Court's unanimous ruling on the 'Bad Spaniels' chew toy's copyright infringement of Jack Daniel's whiskey label.
