International Practice Co-chair Larry Naughton was quoted by The Wall Street Journal in an article about recent enforcement actions by the SEC in connection with startups misleading and defrauding investors. 

Larry expressed the importance of startups needing to be clear about what they can accomplish, stating “’fake it till you make it’ doesn’t mean make up facts.”
