Mintz Member and Chair of the firm’s Litigation and Employment Division Seth Goldman was interviewed by Litigation Daily on the ways the pandemic has changed litigation and how lawyers have adapted to the shift. Seth said, "I've always been pragmatic in my approach, and I think that's why I've had some clients for 20 years... They know that I'm not going to come devise a strategy that is going to be a needless waste of resources and time and fight for the sake of fighting...I don't think the actual disputes will change but maybe the interaction surrounding disputes may continue to change".
