As Director of Benefits, Kathy collaboratively sets the strategy, design, and fiscal management objectives for the firm’s benefits and well-being programs and leads the team responsible for providing program administration and compliance.

Her deep and varied background encompasses managing strategic and operational aspects of human resources and total rewards in various industries (financial services, technology manufacturing and software, legal services and government, retail, education, health care, and publishing) for both global and US domestic organizations spanning public, private for-profit, and nonprofit organizations.

Kathy has a foundational business background in continuous improvement and total quality management. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in communications. She is also a past Board Member of the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts.
