Our Approach
Our team supports our clients’ long-term management of substantial national corporate real estate portfolios. We routinely advise on acquisition, sale, lease, and sale-leaseback transactions involving life sciences (including laboratory and R&D space), health care, office, retail, residential, industrial, hotel, and multi-use properties. Our clients undertake these transactions for a variety of purposes — including portfolio reallocation, changing economic conditions, consolidation after a merger, or the disposal of excess real estate as a result of underperforming or overlapping properties.
We also have significant experience with securitized and unsecuritized financings as well as transactions involving partnership and joint venture issues. And we're familiar with sale-leasebacks, tenancies, and other unique transaction structures.

Our team draws on the broad experience of our diversified practice and industry groups — including our government relations affiliate ML Strategies — for deal support. We work collaboratively to resolve environmental and land use and entitlement issues, industry-specific regulation issues (for telecommunications or health care, for example), or any issues that may impact your transaction.
