The Situation

Mintz represents a leading health care technology company in connection with various real estate matters. Most recently, we represented the Company in connection with a Massachusetts lease at Cambridge Crossing, a Cambridge-Somerville development, for the Company's new North American headquarters. The company's real estate needs have changed as it has transformed from an industrial electronics conglomerate to a leading health care and consumer lifestyle company.

The Approach
