Mintz represented Vida Ventures, a next-generation life sciences venture firm, on the $600 million fundraise of its Vida Ventures II, LLC fund. The oversubscribed fund, which closed on August 1, 2019, will be used to further the firm’s life sciences platform.

With the close of Vida II, Vida has approximately $1 billion under management in less than two years since inception.
