Served as underwriter’s counsel to Bank of America Securities on a complex tender offer by Massachusetts State College Building Authority to provide debt service relief for the state universities.
Served as underwriter’s counsel for bonds issued by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, funding single-family and multifamily housing programs. The transactions included Social Bonds, taxable, tax-exempt, and variable rate single-family mortgage bonds, and multifamily projects bonds.
Served as underwriter’s counsel for bonds issued by Massachusetts Development Finance Agency funding Beth Israel Lahey Health. These bonds funded a new electronic medical record system and renovations, repairs, and acquisition of equipment.
