Join us for a dynamic presentation by Kevin LaCroix on what  the future holds for  director and officer liability claims. Kevin will set up the current environment and trends, and then will examine the development of claims regarding  climate change, investor actions outside the United States, data breach and class-based claims with regulatory components with our panel of experts. In addition the panel will discuss the duty of good faith between insurers in tower claims and the issues insurers face when the carrier below acts in bad faith.
