Mintz Member Marc Abrams will moderate a panel that focus on arbitration ethics. The panel will summarize ICA v. Underwriters, a Second Circuit decision on whether an arbitral award could be voided for evident partiality on the basis of improper arbitrator disclosure, and will also provide “takeaways” for arbitrators, counsel, and clients.
