The panel will discuss the disruptors - and the turmoil they are causing - in the industry, and the resulting impact on the constituents involved in a healthcare workout, receivership or proceeding under the Bankruptcy Code. Whenever there is chaos, new opportunities arise. The panel will discuss what those opportunities might be.
