The National Convention on Board Diversity

2020 Women on Boards (2020WOB) is a global education and advocacy campaign committed to building public awareness and momentum toward the goal of achieving at least 20% of all public company board seats to be held by women by year-end 2020, the milestone 100th anniversary of women’s right to vote.  2020WOB identifies and tracks the progress of the Russell 3000 companies, published online, called our 2020WOB Gender Diversity Index.

On November 21st, business leaders across the U.S. will meet to discuss the importance of diversity in the corporate boardroom, with the theme, "Collaborating with ALL Companies to Increase Board Diversity." Mintz's very own Jen Rubin will be speaking on a panel at this event.
