Cybersecurity Best Practices for Lawyers 2020

Law firm cyber breaches are a growing problem, and most experts agree it’s not a question of “if” a cyberattack will occur, but “when.”  Attorneys are under increasing pressure from government regulators and clients to ensure that sensitive client data stored in law firm servers is secure. PLI’s experts will explore the legal, technological, and ethics issues lawyers should know about, and discuss best practices for guarding against cyber-attacks and handling the aftermath when a cyber breach occurs.
