Tony Starr will be co-chairing a webinar for the Massachusetts Bar Association's Development and Construction Law Practice Group that will review the key program components and requirements for participation in government-operated Minority (MBE), Women (WBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) programs. The webinar will focus on federal, state and municipal entities that operate these programs to increase the participation of MBE, WBE and DBE firms in the public construction and procurement process.
