On Thursday, March 4, Mintz’s Annual Employment Law Summit brought together thought leaders to discuss the most pressing issues employers are facing in today’s unprecedented work environment. Attendees heard presentations on the continued impact of COVID-19; social justice and diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; recent and anticipated changes to employment laws; best practices for managing sensitive employee situations; and many other topics.  

This year, we were pleased to announce Adam Smiley Poswolsky as our keynote speaker. Adam is a leading expert in helping companies attract, retain, and engage millennial talent, increase employee engagement, and build intergenerational collaboration in the multigenerational workplace. He has helped companies like Google, Apple, Unilever, Verizon, and Deloitte. Smiley’s TEDx talk has been viewed over 1.5 million times, and his work has been featured in The New YorkerThe Washington PostUSA TodayFast CompanyForbes, CNN, and the World Economic Forum, among many other outlets.
