National Managed Care Institute 2022

Joe Miller will be speaking at the 2022 National Managed Care Institute hosted by the American Bar Association (ABA) on a panel titled "Antitrust and Managed Care: What's New and What's Important for the Industry?" The panel will provide an update from DC, including Biden’s Executive Order, the Antitrust Divison’s case against the United/Change transaction, litigation trends and the policies favoring trials over settlements, the FTC’s hostility toward PBMs, an update on the Blue Cross MDL, and much more.

The Managed Care Institute is a new educational symposium (offered as a virtual conference in 2020) by the American Bar Association for attorneys in private practice, in government service and in-house that work in the area of “managed care” and with risk based health care entities of all types.
