Siegmund Y. (“Sige”) Gutman is a nationally recognized patent litigator and counselor who serves as Chair of Mintz’s Life Sciences Litigation Practice and Co-chair of the firm’s Patent Litigation Practice. Drawing on his background and industry experience in molecular and cell biology and biophysical chemistry, Sige litigates cases involving biologic drug patents, life sciences innovations, and the Hatch-Waxman Act.
