Change in Use/Workout Issues

Mintz Member Aaron Williams will be speaking on a panel entitled, "Change in Use/Workout Issues," at NABL's The Institute conference on Thursday, March 20. 

This session will focus on current change in use and other issues associated with workouts. Topics will include the change in use Treasury Regulations, debt/equity concerns, bondholder control of the facility, and reissuance issues, among other matters.
