Private Equity Co-chair Matt Simpson was featured along with other Private Equity leaders in Mergers & Acquisition's 2025 M&A Outlook. Matt provided his predictions for the space in the upcoming year. 

Matt said, "Digital infrastructure will be a hot area with hyperscalers looking to build up their portfolios of large data centers while simultaneously shedding smaller assets that cannot meet the increased demand loads of hyperscalers."
