Sa observes that the shift in energy policy from the incoming Trump administration could complicate momentum for traditional private equity deals. He says, “There’s going to be, number one, real uncertainty. And number two, I think one thing that is certain is that they’re all expecting headwinds. I think that will lead to a slowdown on the private equity side.”
