Mintz Member Dianne Bourque was quoted in Bloomberg Law discussing the Biden administration’s efforts to protect reproductive health information following the Supreme Court's Dobbs ruling. Dianne commented on regulation versus state law and shared, "HHS could certainly try to narrow the exception through rulemaking... [And there are still] parameters in the HIPAA statute that may limit the scope of any regulatory changes".
