Engler co-authored an article published in the May/June 2022 issue of IP Litigator exploring International Trade Commission (ITC) investigations and how to avoid unforced tech Domestic Industry (DI) errors. The authors wrote, "The key to success as a Complainant in the ITC is careful preparation, long before the complaint is filed".
