Communications Infrastructure Litigation Chair Scott Thompson spoke on a panel at the Wireless Infrastructure Association’s Connect Expo covered by Wolters Kluwer’s TR Daily newsletter. The panel covered topics including the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program and streamlining of wireless infrastructure siting.

Scott noted that courts have begun accepting the FCC’s rationale for adopting wireless infrastructure streamlining efforts under former Chairman Ajit Pai and stated, “I think we’re seeing more traction.”
