Mintz Member Dianne Bourque was quoted in the Boston Business Journal discussing the chaotic fallout from the Supreme Court's overturning of Roe v. Wade in June. Dianne commented on the legal repercussions and said, "We haven't thought of an area in law (the Dobbs decision) doesn't touch on... There's a lot of chaos right now... Our approach is to try to highlight how you can use existing law to insulate yourself... We can at least swing back... There's no slam dunk, but dammit, stand up for yourself... You've got rights... You should use them."
