Bruce Sokler, the Chair of Mintz’s Antitrust Practice, is quoted in a Bloomberg BNA Antitrust & Trade Regulation Resource Center article on the ongoing antitrust case against Advocate Health Care and NorthShore University Health System, two Illinois hospitals seeking to merge. Bruce’s comments indicate that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit’s ruling against them benefits the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
