Bloomberg Law quoted Managing Member Bob Bodian in an article discussing the use of litigation finance as a tool to cut costs. Bob said, "Mintz regularly uses litigation finance for intellectual property litigation and other litigation. We’ve been talking about that more and more." He continued, "It’s growing, definitely. The 'risk profile' of some cases is a motivator to use the tool."
