CMS Reiterates Drug Negotiation Guidance Ahead of Participation Deadline

She explains that the administration's stance on the IRA could evolve as time goes on. “It's relatively early in their administration. I don’t know if they’ve given full thought into how they’re going to interpret this, how much they’re going to concede to pharma.”
