Member Theresa Carnegie was quoted by Law360 in an article about the unknowns of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s health policies following his nomination by President-elect Trump to head the Department of Health and Human Services. 

She asks, “For example, what are [Kennedy's] thoughts on PBMs and their role in the pharmaceutical supply chain? Does he support federal PBM legislation? What does he think about the current criticism of Medicare Advantage plans? How does he view the Medicare Part D program? Does he support the Inflation Reduction Act? We have no idea of RFK's position [at the moment].”
