Mintz Associate Emma Follansbee was quoted in an article published by EHS Today on legal considerations for employers as they educate and inform their employees of rapidly evolving news regarding the global Coronavirus outbreak.

In the article, Ms. Follansbee stressed “the importance of managers and human resources staff to provide accurate, uniform information about the outbreak of the disease if and when questions are presented, and to avoid offering uninformed medical opinions about the effects of the disease and how it is spread.”
