Employment attorney Delaney Busch was quoted by Business Insurance in an article discussing a recent spike in pregnant worker lawsuits brought against companies by the EEOC. 

Delaney says employers should be mindful of how they handle and respond to PWFA accommodation requests considering the recent enforcement actions. “That’s going to be critical for companies going forward,” she commented.
