Specifically, Steven discussed FERC transmission planning, including the future of FERC’s landmark Orders, 1920 and 1920-A. He says, “We'll see if any of the appeals [of Order No. 1920] get revised or withdrawn. I think it was telling that [Order No. 1920-A] was a bipartisan, unanimous decision."
