Energy Industry Leaders Join ElectraTherm as Strategic Advisors
Reno, Nevada – ElectraTherm, a leader in distributed power generation from waste heat, announces the creation of a Strategic Advisory team of energy industry leaders. Jon Wellinghoff, Paul Dickerson, Ken Fox and Steffen Hauff join ElectraTherm in advisory roles to provide guidance on the company's strategic and operational development. ElectraTherm’s strategic advisors bring a wealth of experience in renewable energy and distributed power generation, representing a variety of business sectors to support ElectraTherm’s market growth.
Jon Wellinghoff
Immediate past Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Jon is a prominent energy law attorney and cleantech expert. He is co-chair of the Stoel Rives energy law team, with more than 38 years of experience in federal and state energy policy, regulation, and project development. During his FERC tenure, Jon was a vocal advocate for distributed generation and worked to make the U.S. power grid cleaner and more efficient, integrating emerging resources such as renewable energy and demand response.
Paul Dickerson
Paul Dickerson practices law with Mintz Levin’s Corporate & Securities Section in Boston, while also working as a managing director for the investment bank of WoodRock & Co. in Houston. Formerly, he served as chief operating officer of the US Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, and as chief of staff for the Foreign Commercial Service at the US Department of Commerce. A certified public accountant with licenses under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Dickerson frequently discusses energy, investing, politics, business, private equity and international trade on the media circuit.
Ken Fox
Ken Fox most recently served as President, Americas & Chief Marketing Officer for solar PV manufacturer Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. Prior to that, Ken had a 19 year career with United Technologies Corporation where he held key leadership positions at UTC’s Stationary Power business and at Carrier Corporation, UTC’s division focused on HVAC, refrigeration and building automation solutions.
Steffen Hauff
Dr. Steffen Hauff is CEO and President of APROVIS Energy Systems GmbH. Steffen founded APROVIS in 2000, specializing in stationary engine exhaust gas heat utilization and gas drying systems for cogeneration and combined heat and power plants (CHP). Over the last 14 years APROVIS has become one of the market leaders in Europe and increasingly operates worldwide with more than 100 employees.
