EPA's Pending Wetlands Revision Must Be 'Sackett' Narrow, Business Groups Say
The National Law Journal quoted Environmental Law Practice Chair Jeff Porter in an article analyzing the EPA's pending wetland revision for the Clean Water Act. Jeff said, "I’m comfortable in predicting whatever the Biden administration, EPA and Corps of Engineers proposed in this ninth attempt to determine the reach of the Clean Water Act, it’s going to be a source of more litigation, including by some of the very members of this group."
