Experts Weigh in on the 2025 Litigation Outlook
Managing Member Bob Bodian spoke with Ross Todd at The AmLaw Litigation Daily about the recent uptick in trade secrets litigation and what could drive litigation this year. The article features his insights alongside other Big Law leaders’ predictions around litigation trends to watch for in 2025.
The article says, “'The government's probably going to ease off in some of these areas, but the plaintiff's bar is not.' Bodian said he anticipates the potential uptick in deal activity in sectors where the firm is strong—private equity, life sciences, health care and technology—will make up for any dropoff in enforcement activity. 'A lot more deal activity just spins off more issues,' he said. 'Private equity litigation is definitely on the increase, we think.'”
