IAM published an article written by Member Daniel Weinger on the impact that patent owners could potentially face after a recent decision in the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC).

Dan wrote, “The CAFC’s recent In re Cellect decision reinforces a point licensing professionals and litigators have long understood: the quest for more patents does not necessarily create more value than fewer, stronger patents that have been thoughtfully prosecuted.”
