The authors write, “February and March were marked by aggressive executive action, regulatory shifts, and legislative maneuvering. As April unfolds, the trajectory of federal energy policy remains unpredictable, with ongoing legal battles, budget negotiations, and regulatory challenges shaping the landscape.
