Michelle mentioned that, while there is often a desire to maintain existing relationships and service arrangements with selected service providers, “In case of an emergency situation … it would be prudent to always have service provider diligence questions prepared as well as a list of potential options to consider in the event that swift action must be taken to replace a service provider.“
