Mintz is pleased to share that five firm attorneys have been named 2020 BTI Client Service All-Stars by The BTI Consulting Group, Inc. (BTI) for their skills and prowess in providing superior client service. BTI compiles this annual list by polling hundreds of general counsel and other legal decision-makers to find out which attorneys are influencing and changing the legal industry. A particularly impressive accomplishment, only 13.4% of all law firms serving large clients are home to more than one All-Star attorney.

The following Mintz attorneys were named 2020 BTI Client Service All-Stars:

• Managing Member Bob Bodian
• Member and Co-chair of the firm’s Retail and Consumer Products Practice Robert E. Burwell
• Member Theresa C. Carnegie
• Associate Crystal Lopez
• Member and Co-chair of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Joseph M. Miller

Notably, Mr. Burwell was also recognized as a 2020 BTI Client Service All-Star “MVP” for delivering superior client service for at least two consecutive years in a row, despite changes in needs, objectives, and expectations.

Now in its 19th year of publication, The BTI Client Service All-Stars is the gold standard used by corporate counsel and law firms alike to identify the attorneys delivering the absolute best levels of client service — better than all others. BTI compiled the 2020 list by probing more than 350 top legal decision-makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue. During these confidential interviews, 475 All-Stars were singled out — by name, and in an unprompted manner — for outstanding client service delivery.

Earlier this year, Mintz was one of six law firms designated a "powerhouse" on BTI’s list of "Midsize Law Firms Punching Way Above Their Weight," which highlighted firms that clients consider to have the highest level of client service.
