Member Jennifer Rubin was quoted by Corporate Counsel in an article about the challenges for in-house counsel when it comes to diffusing political divisiveness in the workplace as the presidential election race heats up. 

Jen says, "Like many workplace matters, employers must determine whether to implement policies relating to political speech and, just as importantly, how to train supervisors in implementing and evenhandedly applying those policies."
