Managing Member Bob Bodian was quoted in Bloomberg Law on gender pay equity and plans to lessen the pay gap within big law. Bob commented, “The problem is not that partners are being paid differently for the same work, it’s that there’s never been a level playing field...The challenge is creating all of the right opportunities. That’s why we look at who is on the pitch teams and who is getting credit".
