Josh explained that small business owners are more vulnerable to onerous terms because they lack the same plethora of options for financing as larger business. He continued and shared, "If the entrepreneur can get several different investors to propose terms for an investment, the entrepreneur is going to be in a better position in its ability to resist the protections that certain investors may request."
