Jen Rubin Recognized As A Woman Of Influence By The San Diego Business Journal
SAN DIEGO – Mintz is pleased to congratulate Member Jen Rubin who has been named to the San Diego Business Journal Women of Influence in Law list. This prominent list honors the top women attorneys in the San Diego area who have made an impact on their clients, their profession, and their community.
Ms. Rubin draws on more than 30 years of experience crafting legal solutions to employment challenges. She advises technology, financial services, publishing, retail, professional services and healthcare companies seeking regulatory, litigation and compliance advice. Her employment practice includes counseling clients regarding wage and hour compliance and trial practice, with a focus on class actions, trade secrets and employment mobility disputes, and disputes arising from the employment relationship.
Ms. Rubin also established and co-chairs the firm’s Environmental, Social, and Governance practice which now encompasses more than 75 professionals across Mintz’s offices. In this role, she advises boards of directors on diversity and equity issues as they pertain to corporate governance.
Ms. Rubin is a nationally published author and, last year alone, published more than 25 articles relating to employment topics. She is frequently called upon by national media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal and Reuters to comment on important employment developments.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Rubin remains dedicated to serving her community. She acts as a faculty member and advisor to The Honor Foundation, a non-profit organization aiding Navy Seals and other armed services special operators in transitioning to civilian careers. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Midway Museum and Co-Chairs the San Diego 50/50 Women on Boards Leadership Committee.
This is the latest of many accolades for Ms. Rubin, who has also been recognized by Chambers USA, Super Lawyers, and Legal 500, and was honored as a 2022 Client Service All-Star by BTI Consulting.
