Member Christopher Lisy was quoted by Legaltech news in a roundup of 2025 predictions for cybersecurity. 

He said, "Litigation will be one of and perhaps the biggest driver of cyber-related exposure in 2025. Cyber events lead to often multiple lawsuits brought by firms that are increasingly sophisticated and well-capitalized. The economic costs to defend and resolve those suits will accelerate, and so too will the reputational costs. This is particularly true in industries like health care and financial services that depend in large part on the public trust. As organizations look to mitigate this risk, the old adage holds true even in 2025: an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
