Los Angeles Business Journal Recognizes Mintz Litigators Joshua Briones and Arameh Zargham O’Boyle as Minority Leaders of Influence
LOS ANGELES, CA – Mintz attorneys Joshua Briones and Arameh Zargham O’Boyle have been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) 2024 “Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys” list, marking the third consecutive year of recognition for both Joshua and Arameh. Joshua is Managing Partner of Mintz’s Los Angeles office, which has tripled in size under his leadership since 2016. A top commercial litigator, he has served as lead defense counsel on over 600 alleged nationwide class actions in state and federal courts across the country. Joshua is a skilled negotiator with a long record of securing dismissals and extremely favorable settlements for his clients. Throughout his 20+ year career he has received numerous awards and national recognition for his innovative approach to high stakes litigation, including being recently being named to the Daily Journal’s 2023 “Top 100 Lawyers” list. He has been a driving force in promoting Mintz’s diversity initiatives and commitment to community service in Los Angeles.
Arameh is a sought-after litigator specializing in product liability and consumer class action litigation. She represents businesses in a variety of industries including cosmetic, personal care products, medical device, pharmaceutical, over-the-counter drugs, food, retail, and electronics. Arameh regularly advises clients on product labeling and advertising strategies to navigate the requirements of the FDA’s Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and mitigate challenges under California’s consumer protection laws. She has been consistently active in Mintz’s diversity and community initiatives led out of the firm’s Los Angeles office, earning her the recent distinction by LABJ as a “trailblazer” for her historic role as the first female partner in Mintz’s growing Los Angeles office.
